Located on St. Simons Island "The Heart of the Golden Isles" Epworth By The Sea is a hospitality ministry of the South Georgia Conference of the United Methodist Church. Our purpose is to provide a Christian place for worship, study and fellowship. Easy to find, Epworth is located on St. Simons Island, Georgia, approximately one hour from both Savannah, Georgia, and Jacksonville, Florida. After reaching Brunswick, Georgia, cross the F. J. Torras Causeway onto St. Simons Island and veer to the left as you approach the island. Turn left at the first traffic light onto Sea Island Road. Turn left at first street marked Hamilton Road and then right onto Arthur J. Moore Drive.
